We have compiled a complete archive of past patent bar exams since 1997. Copies of both the morning
and afternoon sections of each exam are available along with the official answers. (Please note that
some of the answers may be incorrect due to subsequent changes in the patent law, in patent
regulations and in the Manual of Patent Examining Procedure).
Newer exams will be added when they are available. Currently exams after 2003 have not been released
by the Patent & Trademark Office.
